Pilates [Free] Pilates - Abs (19 minutes)Jennifer Miller

Jen leads a simple class in which you will spend nearly the entire time laying down on your back. This is a great class if you don't have much time, if you would like to take a few minutes to target a particular body part, or if you would like to use this segment as a piece of a longer workout.

Hatha Alignment [Free] Hatha Alignment (61 minutes)Chris Loebsack

Chris explores and breaks down Warrior 3. She takes the basic L shape and looks at in various configurations, from supine, to table, to standing supported and of course, all the way to Warrior 3. This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 13th.

Brian starts off with a simple lunge sequence that gradually builds in intensity and challenge. He throws in some wrist release and shoulder stretch as well as some balancing squats and crow poses. Originally aired on Facebook Live on March 28th.

Beginners Plus [Free] Beginners Plus (60 minute)Chris Loebsack

Chris Loebsack takes us through a a 60 minutes sequence that stays close to the ground. Starting on our backs, We transition to a few seated poses using props to find comfort and depth and then returning to a supine position for the last few poses. Originally aired on Facebook Live on March 26th.
